01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and twtbet ("we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at twtbet.cam ("the Platform"). By completing the twtbet account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered by twtbet, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot machine games, sports betting, bingo, fishing arcade games, and any promotional or bonus programs offered by twtbet from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain a twtbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. The minimum age of 21 is mandated by applicable gaming regulatory frameworks governing online gaming in the Philippines. Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of twtbet or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless twtbet has conducted enhanced due diligence and expressly approved your registration.
• You must not have previously had a twtbet account closed or suspended due to a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) twtbet account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

KYC Verification

twtbet is required by applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority PhilSys ID, Philippine passport, LTO driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address)
• Where requested: source of funds documentation or enhanced due diligence materials

twtbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be closed at twtbet's discretion.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

04 Deposits & Payments

twtbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at twtbet's discretion.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on twtbet is ₱200 via e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) and equivalent minimum amounts for other payment methods as displayed at the time of deposit.
• twtbet does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside twtbet's control and are your responsibility.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your twtbet wallet instantly upon confirmation of the e-wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt and clearance through standard banking channels.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• twtbet reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized use of payment credentials, or money laundering.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on twtbet are subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the twtbet account holder.
• Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit.
• twtbet processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission during normal operating conditions. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically complete within one (1) hour during business hours.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before the underlying deposit or bonus winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• twtbet reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

twtbet offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet placement as specified in the promotion terms. Violation of the maximum bet restriction during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date. Bonuses not used and wagering requirements not met within the specified period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per IP address. twtbet reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses where abuse or manipulation of the promotional system is suspected.
• twtbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will not reduce the value of bonuses already credited to a player's account.

07 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the twtbet platform — including live dealer casino games, slot machine games, sports betting, bingo, and fishing arcade games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on twtbet are subject to the sports betting rules specific to each market and event type. twtbet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, event cancellation or abandonment, or any result arising from circumstances not contemplated by the original market parameters.

Casino Games

All casino games, whether RNG-based or live dealer, use certified Random Number Generation or real physical gaming equipment (in the case of live dealer). Game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited systems. twtbet does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from normal game variance.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects a game or bet outcome, twtbet reserves the right to void the affected bets. twtbet will not be liable for any losses or claims arising from technical disruptions, software failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond twtbet's reasonable control.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twtbet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Opening or operating more than one twtbet account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in twtbet games or systems for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting in bad faith, or any other practice designed to circumvent legitimate game outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or structuring deposits to artificially satisfy bonus terms
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently or without prior good-faith communication with twtbet support
• Engaging in any conduct that twtbet reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or to twtbet's business reputation

09 Responsible Gaming

twtbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all twtbet account holders at no charge and can be activated immediately from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your twtbet account. Deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased in real time (increases require a cooling-off period).
• Session Timers: Configure time-based reminders and automatic session end limits to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the twtbet platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cooling-off period, your account access is restricted and no deposits may be made.

twtbet reserves the right to impose additional responsible gaming controls on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling behavior, including patterns of escalating deposits, frequent large losses, or indicators of financial distress.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the twtbet platform — including but not limited to: software, website code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of twtbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the twtbet platform without the express prior written consent of twtbet.

The twtbet name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of twtbet. Unauthorized use of twtbet's brand identifiers is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, twtbet's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any games or services offered by twtbet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their twtbet account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

twtbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not twtbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

twtbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform and does not accept liability for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance downtime, provided that twtbet has taken commercially reasonable steps to minimize such disruptions.

12 Privacy & Data

twtbet collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and twtbet. By accepting these Terms, you also accept twtbet's Privacy Policy as it relates to the collection and processing of your personal information.

twtbet may share your personal data with third parties in circumstances including: regulatory reporting obligations, anti-money laundering compliance, law enforcement requests supported by valid legal authority, and with licensed payment processors for the purposes of processing your transactions. twtbet will not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

13 Amendments to These Terms

twtbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via email to the address associated with your twtbet account and will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the twtbet platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and may request account closure at any time by contacting twtbet support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory frameworks under which twtbet operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the twtbet platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact twtbet's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution. twtbet is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
